  • Decision is Legally Binding: On both parties.

Step 7: Compliance or Enforcement:

  • Respondent Complies with Decision: Pays the adjudicated amount.

  • Respondent Fails to Comply: Claimant registers decision with the High Court.

  • Detail: Registration converts the adjudication decision into a court judgment.
